Things are going well over here for sure, we had a great week. The sad thing is I dont really have anything to write about, besides the fact that we worked way super hard and great things happened, we saw countless tender mercies and miracles, and we are beginning to see incredible things with the investigator pool we have, who are all new and barely getting out of a first lesson. Many of them have fallen in love with the BiM. Many have learned how to pray and ask God specific questions to get specific answers, and feel like they have been getting those answers. Many were put in just the right place in just the right time for us, and all we had to do was lace up our shoes, step out the house, and go to work. Even better than that is that we are starting to get the branch moving a little bit more. It is a slow, wearing, extremely difficult process, that definitely gives elder Fox's patience a run for its money, but is paying off. We worked with our ex branch president for a morning, found some less active families, and then later went out with our current branch president. He just needs missionaries that are willing to work with him and push him a little bit, so that's what we are doing haha. On top of that we have visited all the members of the branch council in their homes and have lots more member visits scheduled these upcoming weeks with members of our elders quorum. Whew. We are throwing all we got into it. All of our visits and working with members have two focuses-- the first is to get help with the missionary work, with referrals or less actives they know or former investigators. The second is to help with their conversion process, cause many have testimonies but very, very few are actually converted. Elder Bednars talk 'converted unto the Lord' is our launch pad for that, which we are going to be sharing and teaching from.
Besides that.... I just have to love life, nothing else but that! Working amongst my favorite people all day every day, doing a work I love and believe in more than anything else, it is a win. The Malagasy people are incredible, just incredible. So lift where you stand everybody! Because Heavenly Father has puts you where He wants you, and there ain't nothing you can do about it besides do it. That is a fact.
